“We had a tour with Francisco on 10/13. He arrived promptly, car was very clean and accommodated the 5 of us comfortably. He was flexible with us as we didn’t know 10/13 had special significance for one of our stops – Fatima. He was able to get us to a good vantage point to watch what turn out to be a really special moment. He took us to an excellent place for lunch in what turn out to be his childhood vacation spot.
