This is a private service and no one else will join you or your group, therefore the tour is fully customizable according to your preferences. To change or add anything just inform us at the time of booking or talk to the driver on the day of the tour.

Begin the day with a pick up at your hotel by a private driver at the time you see fit. Feel free to let your driver know what is your preferred itinerary. All the itineraries on this tour are selected by you so if you haven't informed us of what route/places you prefer to see, talk to your driver and choose the best way of combining all the places you will want to see.
On the 8 hrs option, note that it includes 160kms (20kms per hour), which is perfectly suited for travels within the city or longer waiting periods, any driving/waiting that exceeds this mileage/hours will be charged at 1€/km and/or 30€/hour.
On the 4 hour option this includes 80kms and the same extra mileage/time applies.

- Start and Finish times may be adjusted to your preference or to your Cruise schedule.
- If you come on a Cruise, at the time of booking, please inform us of the ship name, disembarkation time and re-boarding time.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements or any other special needs at the time of booking.
- Please note that all our prices are per trip and not per person, meaning that the price you see is what you pay for the whole group.
- Depending on the size of the group the trips are made on a high-end sedan/estate (Mercedes E or equivalent) or on a high-end van (Mercedes V or equivalent)
- All of our trips are normally made in English, but can also be made in Spanish, Italian and of course, Portuguese. Just let us know if you require a different language than English when you book.
We hope that there will be no need for, but in the unfortunate event of a cancellation we will charge the following:
If cancelled more than 14 days before the tour: 0% Cancellation fee - Full Refund
Between 14 and 5 days before the tour: 25% Cancellation fee - 75% Refund
Between 4 and 2 days before the tour: 50% Cancellation fee - 50% Refund
24 hours or less days before the tour (including Noshows): 100% Cancellation fee - No Refund
